Two Jackson Trachea Tubes Silver Plated Sizes 7 & 2
The Jackson Trachea Tubes are a set of two vintage .silver-plated instruments designed for general surgery and tracheostomy care. Specifically made for the trachea, these tubes are of the Jackson model which was used and maintained by healthcare professionals in various disciplines. The box that is included says «size 6» but the faceplates read «7» amd «2». The inner and out cannula are designed to facilitate clleaning. The larger tube includes the obturator. The smaller tube does not. These particular tubes have only been used in classroom demonstrations. The silver-plated tube is considered obsolete and has been replaced by plastic, cuffed tubes.
